– Potluck Friday! –

Seperti hari-hari jumaat before this, Friday is our potluck day….We take turns to bring our own ‘homemade’ breakfast , so everyone can enjoy eating them. This Friday is my turn (think it’ll be the first and last one before I leave…L), so I’ve decided to cook kuey teaw goreng kerang for everyone. All the preparation starts on Thursday nite (siang udang, rebus kerang dan menceraikan kuey teaw yang melekat-lekat itu). During that day, I woke up as early as 6.15am to prepare for the cooking part, wahh…sungguh bersemangatnya….. nyway, don’t really feel it’s a burden because I love cooking very much… At first, I decided to do one shot cooking, namun kualinya tidak menepati stardard yang ditetapkan (kecik ngat, tak muat), so have to make two-round cooking….results in termasin sket for the first round and yang lagi satu tu tak berapa nak masin sgt….so apa lagi, ku campurkannya menjadi satu....huahahah…..buat magic ala-ala chef gitu….and this is the results…yummy taww!

sedapnyaaaa.......marilah kita mengangkat bakul sendiri....hahaha
